The Road Safety Team have also been out in Eckington and arranged for 24/7 checks to be completed via data boxes. Speed data was obtained 24/7 between 24th – 31st July 2025 on the B4080 Main Street through Eckington Village. The cross section for both directions was found to have a mean or average speed 29mph.
